In Usui Reiki Level 1 you learn what Reiki is and how it can help you.

You learn the history of Reiki and about the founder Mikao Usui.  You learn different clearing techniques like Kenyoku (dry bathing).  Learn self treatment methods and hand positions for both self and giving table treatment.  Learn about the chakra energy systems.  Start a self care practice with the 21 day habits.  This class can be taught online distantly or in person.  If you are in person you get hands on practice in giving Reiki and you get to experience Reiki.  In both distantly and in person classes I send Reiki to you every day for 21 day clearing to help ease you through it.
